Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Care Home Administrator for Bentley Manor Care Home in Crewe. The role involves payroll processing, maintaining compliant staff/service-user files, and updating dashboards and training records.

You will support recruitment, handle general admin, communications, minutes, GDPR adherence and liaise with clients and stakeholders to help the home run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in care home administration.
• Strong payroll and HR admin skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll details for all employees using the Cold Harbour system.
• Maintain and chase care worker and service user files for compliance.
• Update compliance dashboards and training platforms.
• Assist with recruitment and vetting of applicants, and coordinate training.
• Handle filing and correspondence (letters, emails).
• Answer calls and liaise with clients, relatives, and external stakeholders.
