Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Admin Assistant for one of our care homes to support managers with admin tasks, answer calls, and help organise files. You will meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and provide tours to prospective clients and their families, helping create a vibrant, welcoming environment.

This role requires a friendly, people-focused approach, good multitasking ability and strong computer skills, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a busy care-home environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and route calls as needed.
• Handle and file documents and assist managers with administrative tasks.
• Meet and greet visitors and guide them around the home for tours.
• Engage with residents to support a welcoming environment.
• Interact with prospective clients and families during visits.
