Country Court is seeking a Care Enquiry Executive to join our Central Services team in Werrington, Peterborough. You will be the first point of contact for care seekers, handling enquiries by phone, email and social media with empathy and professionalism.

No sales involved; you will guide people through care options, log information in our CRM, and follow up throughout their care journey. The role includes 35 hours per week over five days, with one Saturday per month, and benefits such as

Qualifications

• Experience in care or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong listening and communication abilities with empathy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM logging.

Responsabilités

• Answer enquiries from care seekers via calls, emails and social media.
