Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Receptionist for our care home, with Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will warmly welcome visitors, handle calls and emails promptly, and direct guests to their destination while maintaining the visitors book. The role includes delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff.

As part of a friendly, close-knit team, you will also support payroll and recruitment activities, contributing to smooth daily operations in a caring environment.

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

• Greet visitors warmly and manage telephone inquiries.
• Direct visitors to destinations and maintain the visitors book.
• Provide high-quality customer service to staff and visitors.
• Support general office duties including payroll and recruitment & selection.
