Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Receptionist to join our friendly team at our care home in the United Kingdom. You will provide a warm welcome to visitors, handle telephone inquiries with courtesy, and direct guests efficiently, contributing to the smooth running of the home.

You will also deliver high-quality customer service to residents, visitors and colleagues, and assist with general office duties including payroll and recruitment and selection as required.

Qualifications

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
• Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
• Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
