• Organised, reliable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care delivery and manage staff rotas across the service
• Provide hands-on carer cover when required
• Liaise with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
• Support staff supervision, onboarding, and day-to-day management
• Maintain accurate care records and compliance documentation
• Participate in on-call duties and occasional weekend cover
