Altogether Care is hiring a Care Coordinator to join our branch in Beaminster. This full-time role involves coordinating staff rotas, introducing new employees, and supporting on-call duties.

A personal vehicle and driving licence are required, with a 32-hour week and occasional cover as needs arise. You will work within a trusted, family-run care company committed to people-first values, offering funded induction, ongoing training, and clear career progression paths.

Qualifications

• 6 months of care experience required.
• Must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotas for care staff and communicate rota changes to colleagues and clients.
• Introduce new employees to the branch and support on-call service on a rota basis.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Utilise technology to deliver quality care and uphold Altogether Care's values.
• Ensure safe working practices are implemented and that the team is supported.
