Job summary

Homeinsteadcare is seeking a care coordinator to keep our outstanding care service running smoothly. You will coordinate care packages, support the care team and communicate with clients, families and professionals.

We’re looking for someone with care experience, a genuine passion for providing outstanding care, strong organisation and resilience who can stay calm on busy days and take part in our on-call rota Monday to Friday, 1 week in 5.

What will you be doing?

As a care coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be involved in:

• Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
• Communicating with clients, families and professionals
• Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care - because no two days are ever quite the same

What are we looking for?

• Has experience working as a carer

• Is organised, resilient and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
• Someone who is happy to be part of our oncall rota Monday to Friday 1 week in 5
