This full-time role focuses on coordinating care packages, communicating with clients and families, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You will bring hands-on care experience, be organised and resilient, and participate in an on-call rota Monday to Friday, helping the team anticipate daily challenges and maintain excellent support behind the scenes.

Are you an experienced Senior Carer who knows care inside and out and is ready for a new challenge?

We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team in Oadby — someone who can help keep things running smoothly, support our care manager, and make sure the people we care for receive the best support.

What will you be doing?

As a care coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be involved in:

• Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
• Communicating with clients, families and professionals
• Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care — because no two days are ever quite the same
