Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care is looking for a Care Coordinator to support the Branch Care Manager in Southport. You will ensure well‑planned visits, support for carers, customers and the community, and a high standard of care across the local area.

You'll recruit, onboard and supervise carers, update care plans, and help grow branch activity while delivering outstanding customer service and compassionate, people‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Qualified in adult care with regulatory understanding.
• Experience supervising carers or teams is preferred.
• Good driving licence and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Care Manager to deliver care across the local area.
• Allocate carers to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Conduct supervisions and observations for carers' development.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding of new carers.
• Review and update care plans to reflect customer needs.

Skills

A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

Care sector experience

Regulatory standards knowledge (CQC/CI

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and decision‑mak​
