Job summary

Virtual Talent is recruiting a Care Coordinator for a Gloucester-based homecare provider. The role is full-time, office-based with local travel and field care responsibilities, offering £28,000–£30,000 per annum and permanent status.

You’ll coordinate care visits, support consultations, build relationships with clients and families, keep records up to date and use digital care systems. Some on-call duties are included as part of a rotational schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Transferable experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or coordination considered.
• Domiciliary care experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care visits and maintain accurate schedules for clients and carers.
• Support client consultations, reviews and digital care planning.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records supporting quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Utilise digital systems and learn new technology to improve practice.
• Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day priorities.
• Participate in a shared on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
• Attend hands-on care during induction with field support as needed.
