Job description

A leading care provider in the North East Area is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis.

About the Care Coordinator role and what the client is offering:

• A competitive annual salary of up to 30,000 depending on experience.
• A permanent, full-time contract.
• Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties.
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay, and paternity pay.
• Occupational sick pay and death in service payment.
• All the above subject to terms and conditions.

As a Care Coordinator, you will support the delivery of high-quality care support services by line managing care workers, including some field-based work. Your responsibilities will include assessing and reviewing individual services, as well as supervising, instructing, and supporting care workers. Due to the field-based nature of the role, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
