Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• 2+ years in healthcare or social care sector preferred.
• Strong organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Working as part of a team to promptly meet client needs.
• Liaising with multiple departments to resolve client account matters.
• Taking initiative to exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support them.
• Identifying clinicians suitable for placements and contacting them proactively.
• Taking ownership of shift handover with clarity and accountability.
