Job summary

Red-Recruitment is seeking a Care Coordinator for Weston-super-Mare to ensure the right clinicians are matched to the right people at the right time. You will be the bridge between care excellence and clinician empowerment, handling inbound calls and emails and coordinating shifts.

Applicants must hold a UK driving licence. The role offers Mon-Fri shifts between 8am–8pm with on-call evenings and weekends, and benefits including staff discounts, wellness days, and pension access.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK driving licence.
• 2+ years in healthcare or social care sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling all inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Work with the team to promptly meet client needs.
• Liaise with multiple departments to resolve client account issues using initiative.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support them.
• Identify clinicians suitable for placements and proactively contact them.
• Own the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:

• Dealing with all inboundcalls and email enquiries
• Working as part of a team to promptly meet the needs of theclient
• Liaising with multiple departments to find solutions for all client account management mattersUsing your initiative to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service
• Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients to best support them
• Identifying clinicians suitable for work placements and proactively reaching out to them with outbound calls
• Take ownership of the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.

Skills needed for a Care Coordinator:
