Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Care Coordinator to match the right clinicians with clients, delivering high-impact service and bridging care excellence with clinician empowerment. A UK driving licence is required.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, 25k–28k salary, and benefits including wellness days, pension, and health plans. Weston-Super-Mare site with on-call out-of-hours work after induction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare or social care sector (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Working as part of a team to promptly meet the needs of the client.
• Liaising with multiple departments to find solutions for all client account management matters.
• Using your initiative to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients to best support them.
• Identifying clinicians suitable for work placements and proactively reaching out to them with outbound calls.
• Take ownership of the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.
