Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Care Coordinator in Weston-super-Mare to connect clients with the right clinicians at the right time. You will handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate schedules, and work with multiple teams to meet client needs with excellent service.

The role requires a UK driving licence, emphasis on communication, organization, and a proactive approach. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Mon-Fri with occasional on-call evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in healthcare or social care preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries promptly.
• Work with a team to meet client needs and ensure quality service.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve client account matters.
• Proactively reach out to clinicians for placements and shifts.
• Take ownership of shift handovers with clarity and accountability.
