Job summary

Abacare is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the team in the UK. The role involves delivering reliable, high-quality community care and coordinating rosters to ensure clients receive consistent support each day.

You will work within the City and County Healthcare Group family, benefiting from structured training and a clear path for development across branches and the wider group.

• Experience as a Care Coordinator in community care.
• Ability to manage rosters to a high standard.
• Strong client and care worker relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care rota on a daily basis.

What you need

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rota’s to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
