Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Care Coordinator to match carers with clients and organise care schedules in the UK. You will support new care packages, maintain rotas, and ensure continuity of care while communicating with families and healthcare professionals.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. The role offers a competitive salary of £26,000–£28,000 per year, mileage allowance, refer-a-friend bonus, and funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• Organised, people-focused and able to keep things running smoothly.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
