Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator at the New Milton Branch to organise care services and schedules, and to match carers with clients who need support. You will assist in setting up new care packages, plan rotas, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care.

The role offers on-call responsibilities with additional pay, a competitive salary, and opportunities for training and progression within a national care provider.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 1 year experience, or minimum level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.

• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.

• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.

About you:
