Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator at our New Milton Branch to organise care services, match carers with clients, and plan rotas for continuity of care.

We value someone who is organised, people-focused and thrives in a busy setting, with driving licence and right to work in the UK. Joining us, you'll help deliver high-quality, compassionate care across our local community.

Qualifications

• Organised and people-focused candidate who keeps things running smoothly.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Minimum 1 year experience, or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)

About you:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A minimum of 1 years experience, or minimum level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care
