Home Instead is seeking a Care Coordinator to organise care schedules and match Care Professionals with clients in the Warminster area.
You will support onboarding, manage schedule changes, and work with care teams and families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care at clients' homes. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or progress toward it is preferred, and a driving licence is required.
