Our office inCrawleywas established 2016, we are looking for a Care Coordinators to join our dynamic office team.
This position will command asalary of upto £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, aptitude and compatibility of the candidate.
Managing the rota's for care professionals will not be your sole responsibility, you will need to play far greater and integrated role within a dynamic fast paced team.
Previous knwoledge of working withAccess Care PlanningandAccess People Plannersystems, although not essential will be an advantage.
Youmust have previous care experiencewithin the Domiciliary Care sector,have a valid driving license, and live within a 15km radius of Crawley to be eligible for this position.
