Job summary

Helping Hands Homecare in Monmouth is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join the team. You will support the Branch Care Manager, coordinate carers, and ensure every visit is well-planned and carried out with kindness and professionalism.

This permanent, full-time role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, driving licence, and strong people skills to deliver outstanding customer service across the local community.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Care Manager to deliver exceptional care across local area.
• Allocate carers effectively to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Complete supervisions and observations on time to help carers grow.
• Help recruit and onboard new carers, strengthening branch capacity.
• Review and update care plans reflecting customer needs, preferences and wellbeing.
• Look for opportunities to grow the branch and engage with the local community.
• Champion brilliant customer service in every interaction.

Working closely with your Branch Care Manager, you’ll support carers, customers and the wider community, making sure every visit is well-planned, every team member feels supported, and every customer receives care they can truly rely on.
