Helping Hands Home Care in Cosham is seeking a Care Coordinator to support the Branch Care Manager in delivering exceptional local care. You will allocate carers, supervise visits, and help recruit staff to strengthen the branch’s capacity.

You’ll review care plans, engage with customers and the community, and participate in on‑call duties as part of the branch rota. This is a permanent full‑time role with a clear career path.

Competenze

• A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a people‑centred approach.
• A good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards.
