Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Hereford is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Branch Care Manager in delivering exceptional home care across the local area. You will help allocate carers, supervise staff, and recruit on board new carers to strengthen capacity and community impact.

Maintaining up-to-date care plans that reflect customer needs and wellbeing, you will identify opportunities to grow the branch and ensure every customer interaction is kind and well managed.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it).

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
