Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Birmingham is seeking a Care Coordinator to help keep extraordinary care running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Branch Care Manager to support carers, customers and the local community, ensuring visits are well-planned and every customer receives reliable care.

In this role you’ll allocate carers, complete supervision and observations, help recruit and onboard new carers, and review care plans to reflect each person’s needs.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication, confidence in decision-making and a people-first approach.

  • Allocate carers effectively so customers receive consistent, high-quality support.

Compensation: £27,825 - £29,925 / year

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of keeping extraordinary care running smoothly.
