Responsibilities

• Monitor and embed policy changes; communicate updates on CQC regulation.
• Support franchise locations with day-to-day care and operational queries.
• Ensure adherence to Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual; protect brand reputation.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits and governance activities.
