Radfield Home Care is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our premium home care service covering Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead. You will take full responsibility for daily operations and drive growth while upholding the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead and inspire your team, manage recruitment and training, and foster a positive, values-driven culture where clients and care professionals receive outstanding support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a domiciliary/home care setting.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Knowledgeable in care planning, compliance, and auditing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Oversee the daily operations of the home care service
