Do you have a compliance background and have an understanding of supporting operational activity within a franchise or care setting.

If you think this might be you, your role is responsible for implementing strategies for governance of the operational processes and care delivery which will impact on the standards of care delivered to our clients.
You will ensure that CQC standards are met and exceeded through effective monitoring, policy development and training.
Based in our Bromley National Office, you will be a self-starter, confident and motivated individual who can influence and persuade key business leaders that align with our values and purpose, a natural communicator digitally and face-to-face.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
