Job summary

Radfield Home Care in Bromley is seeking a Care Compliance Administrator to help ensure high standards of care across our franchise network. You will monitor CQC guidance, develop policies, and deliver training to support operational activity within a franchise setting.

Based in our Bromley National Office, you will collaborate with franchise partners, influence leaders, and communicate effectively to maintain a 'good' rating at inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in the domiciliary care sector with understanding of health and social care policy.
• Qualification at Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Capability to motivate and influence others while self-directing work.
• Proficient with office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate new developments in the care sector and CQC regulation.
• Support franchise locations with day-to-day care and operational queries.
• Ensure Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual adherence.
• Promote Radfield Home Care brand and franchising reputation.
• Conduct compliance reviews with Franchise Partners.
• Support network to achieve at least a 'good' CQC rating.
• Embed audit and evaluation into services for continuous improvement.
• Complete analysis of internal data and recommend practices.

Could you be the Care Compliance Administrator in Bromley we’re looking for?

Do you have a compliance background and have an understanding of supporting operational activity within a franchise or care setting.

We are looking for an exceptional person who has the same passion as us for helping our nation to age well and remain connected. If you think this might be you, your role is responsible for implementing strategies for governance of the operational processes and care delivery which will impact on the standards of care delivered to our clients.

You will ensure that CQC standards are met and exceeded through effective monitoring, policy development and training.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Experience working in the domiciliary care sector

• A thorough understanding the policy and regulations that underpin health and social care

• Educated in Health & Social Care level 3 or equivalent QBE

• Ability to form relationships and quickly establish common ground with individuals

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing

• Be an enthusiastic ‘people person’ who can motivate and influence others

• Ability to self-motivate and work in a self-directed way

• Be professional in manner and appearance

• Experience using Office software, web-based systems and CRM software (e.g. Access People Planner, Access Care Planning and Access Compliance or equivalent)

Desired:

• Experience working in the franchise home care marketplace

• Experience working in a franchise business

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

• Monitor, embed into policy and communicate all new developments in the care sector and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation.

• Support the franchise locations with day to day care and operational queries and issues.

• Ensure the Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual is being adhered to at all times

• Promote a positive image and protect the good reputation of the Radfield Home Care brand and Radfield Home Care Franchising at all times.

Compliance:

• Conduct compliance reviews with Franchise Partners

• Understand the regulatory requirements on the business from CQC and support offices to achieve a minimum of a 'good' rating at inspections.

• To support and drive the network towards outstanding CQC ratings

• Embed audit and evaluation into services to ensure continuous improvement.

• Complete analysis of internal network data, formulate and recommend practices.

• Ensure that the handling of complaints and investigations meets standards.

Training:

• Aid the implementation of care software systems into new and established franchise offices.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
