Job summary

Radfield Home Care in Bath / Radstock is seeking compassionate female care assistants to support our female clients in Bath, Radstock & Keynsham. You will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
• Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
