The Role

We are looking for an organised, compassionate, and proactive Care Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a key role within the agency, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care services. You will work closely with care staff, clients, and their families to coordinate care packages that meet individual needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and allocating care workers to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, families, and staff, handling queries promptly and professionally.
  • Participating in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.
  • Liaising with health and social care professionals to ensure a joined-up approach to client support.
  • Providing hands on care support if required.
