Helping Hands in Sheffield is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional care within the local community. You’ll guide your team, uphold quality standards, and ensure customers receive safe, personalised support they can rely on.

You’ll collaborate with operations, quality and partner agencies, manage budgets, and drive service improvements with a heart-centered approach. A fast-moving environment requires strong leadership, resilience and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and ensuring quality standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and care frameworks.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, including regular visits and live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive a right-first-time culture.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Support Area Care Manager and leaders by sharing best practices.
