Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Chesterfield is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the delivery of compassionate, person-centred care within your local community. You’ll guide a warm, high-performing team, uphold quality standards and ensure safe, personalised support for every customer.

You’ll shape services, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and local authorities, manage budgets, monitor performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the branch with

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving high performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and KPI management.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team where everyone feels supported and able to thrive.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, from regular visits to respite and Live-in services, championing quality, safety and consistency.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across your services, driving a right-first-time culture and responding swiftly to improvements.
• Build strong relationships across your community, including healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners, to grow your customer base and strengthen Helping Hands' reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes for customers and our teams.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
• Support Area Care Manager and fellow leaders by sharing best practice and embedding a culture of excellence.
