• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support Area Care Manager and leaders to embed a culture of excellence across your region.
