Connected Health Group Limited is hiring a Weekend Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes around Bangor. No prior experience is required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided.

You will work 2 weekend shifts out of 4, with a pay of £15 per hour and a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months. Benefits include Free Access NI, a free uniform, cycle to work, wellbeing support and more.

Formación

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own car.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user's individual care plan, preferences and needs.
• Respect service users' dignity, independence and choices at all times.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report any changes in a service user's condition or circumstances to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, procedures, Health and Safety requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all required documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings as required.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager, following any required training.

Who We're Looking For
