Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Banbridge. No prior homecare experience is required as accredited training and development are provided.

The role offers mileage pay, competitive hourly rates, and flexible full-time or part-time shifts to suit your availability. A sign-on bonus of £200 after 3 months of service is available, along with recognition rewards and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car.
• Must be available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user's care plan.
• Respect service users' dignity, independence and choices.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report any changes in a service user's condition to the supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, procedures, HSE requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all required documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager.
