Agincare Group is seeking a Home Carer (female only) to work in Winchester and Andover. You will support clients with daily routines, personal care, meal prep and companionship, in their own homes. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required.

No prior care experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, and we offer flexible contracts and mileage reimbursement. Agincare is committed to high-quality home care and ongoing professional development.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
