Job summary

Cera Care in Benfleet is seeking a Community Carer (Reablement) to support clients who have recently left hospital. You will assist with personal care, medication and meals in clients' own homes, visiting multiple clients in the Benfleet area. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Shifts include 7-3pm and 3-10pm, with opportunities for weekend work. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care and supports professional development through training and DBS checks.

The Role

Supporting clients in Benfleet, Canvey Island, Rayleighand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
