Cera is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in Manningtree and surrounding areas. You will travel across the region to help individuals discharged from hospital with their post‑care plans, aiding recovery and enabling independent living at home.
Successful applicants will be kind, people‑minded and committed to making a difference. Full training is provided, with both part‑time and full‑time roles available and a driving licence required.

You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and help more people live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you'll be assessing individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness and ensuring the correct care plans are put in place This vital service enables people to leave hospital sooner and helps reduce pressure on the NHS.
You'll be travelling across the region — including Manningtree, Tendering, Harwich, Frinton, Walton-on-the-Naze, and nearby areas — to provide post-hospital care to those recovering from illness or injury.
