Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant to support post-hospital patients in Manningtree and surrounding areas. You will assess individuals recently discharged from hospital and help implement care plans to enable early safe discharge.
You'll travel across Manningtree and nearby towns to deliver in-home care, with both part-time and full-time roles available (some weekend work). A driving licence and vehicle access are required, and no prior care experience is necessary as full training is provided.

In this role you'll be assessing individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness and ensuring the correct care plans are put in place This vital service enables people to leave hospital sooner and helps reduce pressure on the NHS.
You'll be travelling across the region — including Manningtree, Tendering, Harwich, Frinton, Walton-on-the-Naze, and nearby areas — to provide post-hospital care to those recovering from illness or injury.
