Hales Homecare in Sheffield is seeking Home Care Assistants to support individuals to live independently in their own homes. You will provide essential personal care, meal support, medication assistance, and companionship across Sheffield and surrounding areas.

No prior care experience is required as full paid training is provided by our Internal Training Team. You will join a supportive team and have access to flexible, two-week rota patterns and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping others and delivering high‑quality care.
• Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• No previous care experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

We are looking for Home Care Assistants / Carers / Care Workers to join our Rapid Response team in Sheffield.

Duties will include responding to short notice care needs, hospital discharges, and supporting the team with care planning, assessments and quality checks.If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Areas covered*

• Sheffield S2, Wybourn, Fairleigh, Manor, Hyde Park
• Sheffield S35, Chapeltown, High Green
• Block shift
• 2 week rolling rota
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday Thursday and Friday.
