Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Redditch to support pupils with SEND in a school setting. This on-site, temporary role offers a daily rate of £90–£95 and immediate start for reliable candidates.

You will work full-time on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, providing compassionate, patient care, and ensuring safeguarding and welfare of learners throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Relevant care, support or SEND qualifications are desirable.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SLD and autism preferred.

The successful Care Assistant will have:
