TeacherActive is recruiting an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs at a secondary SEND school in Oldbury. The role is full-time, long-term, on-site, starting from September.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff to assist pupils with autism, complex needs and communication/behaviour challenges, promoting engagement and independence throughout the day.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience supporting students with communication and behaviour needs.
- A patient, caring and proactive approach.

The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will support secondary-aged students with autism, complex needs, communication needs and behaviour needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality support both inside and outside the classroom while encouraging student engagement, independence and progress.
