Cera Care Ltd. is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service at Haydon Court. We offer part-time and full-time permanent positions with days and nights. No previous experience required, and you will be supported with training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others; previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.
• You should be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with varying needs to live independently with personalised care plans.
• Assist with daily activities such as meals, getting up, and getting dressed.
• Provide companionship, encouragement and a listening ear to residents and their families.
