Cera Care Ltd. is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Haydon Court. We are offering part-time and full-time permanent positions with day and night shifts, no previous experience required.

As a care assistant you will support residents with personal care, meals, medication and daily living needs, helping them live as independently as possible with personalised care plans. We provide extensive training and a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks and mobility.
• Assist with meals, getting up, getting dressed, and medication administration as required.
