Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• In Wales, register with Social Care Wales (SCW); employer covers annual fee; achieve Level 2 or 3 within first 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Help with meals and preparation of hot meals.
• Support with medication as directed by care plans.
• Deliver personalised care to promote independence and dignity.
