Cera Care Ltd. in Caerphilly is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service. We have both part-time and full-time permanent positions with day and night shifts. No prior experience required, and you’ll receive thorough training and supportive team.

As a Care Assistant you will support residents to live independently, help with meals, personal care, and, where needed, medication. You’ll be part of a friendly team, enjoying rewards and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Achieve Level 2 or 3 qualification within 3 years.
