Cera is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Portsmouth. This part-time and full-time permanent role offers day and night shifts across three schemes, with no prior experience required.

As a Care Assistant you will support residents to live independently with personal care, meals, and companionship. Training is provided, and benefits include pension, DBS/PVG, uniform, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, bathing and dressing.
• Provide meals, companionship and support to promote independence.
• Support medication routines and general wellbeing.
• Uphold care plans and document progress with the care team.
