Cera Care is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service at Westaven House in Weymouth. We offer both part-time and full-time permanent roles with day and night shifts. No previous experience required, and training is provided for a secure, rewarding role.

You’ll support residents to live independently in their own homes, delivering personalised care and building meaningful connections daily. Competitive pay and benefits/backing complete the package.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Day and night shifts available.
• Good people skills and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Help residents start their day and participate in morning routines.
• Support with meals and light domestic tasks.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders as needed.
